Outreach Workshop
The Retail Finance Distribution (ReFinD) research initiative hosted an outreach workshop to share with participants key project information, in particular information about the first call for proposals and how interested research teams and organisations can access funding.
Executive Director, Prof. Peter Quartey gave a presentation -- which highlighted, among others, the overview of ReFinD, sub-award categories, and how to apply and submit proposals -- with inputs from Scientific Committee co-Chair, Prof. Francis Annan.
Following the presentation, the participants -- comprising research community members from Ghana, Kenya, and other countries -- were given an opportunity to ask questions.
The workshop was held on July 19 as an online event.
