He is a Human Geographer. He attained his PhD in Human Geography and MSc in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Hull, UK, in 2007 and 2003 respectively.
Seth Garz manages the Research & Measurement portfolio for the Financial Services for the Poor strategy at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation where he works to support next generation development research to combat poverty.
