Previously, he was a consultant with CGAP focused on digital financial services ecosystems, including providers, central banks, finance ministries, and other stakeholders, to advance financial inclusion through digital financial services. Before joining CGAP, Mr. Oppong was the general manager for Tigo, a mobile financial service provider in Ghana.

Dr. David Sarfo Ameyaw, is currently the CEO/President of International Center for Evaluation and Development and Adjunct Scholar, ISSER, University of Ghana. A board member of both BASIS Assets and Market Access Innovation Board and ATAI.
He is a Human Geographer. Currently he is a Senior Research Fellow and the Head of Statistics and Survey Division at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana, Legon, Ghana. He attained his PhD in Human Geography and MSc in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Hull, UK, in 2007 and 2003 respectively.
Seth Garz manages the Research & Measurement portfolio for the Financial Services for the Poor strategy at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation where he works to support next generation development research to combat poverty. Seth holds a Ph.D. in Resource Economics from UC Berkeley and is actively engaged in research at the intersection of social protection programs, financial inclusion, and gender.
